Microwave diagnostics is one of plasma measurement. Millimeter-wave or microwaves are scattered and reflected in plasma, so it is possible to know the state of plasma by measuring the waves. Usually, such measurements give us several points of data. In NIFS, two-dimensional measurement is performed using the developed two-dimensional microwave antenna. Moreover a new idea of holography using the same device is studied as 3 dimensional measurement. In this issue, basic verification experiment of microwave holography will be conducted.
