1. Development of microwave holography measurement
Microwave measurement is a powerful tool for plasma diagnostics. Millimeter wave and microwave are scattered and reflected by plasma, thus we can know the plasma parameters by measuring them. The data usually can be obtained only for limited positions in plasma using this kind of measurement. We have been developing two-dimensional microwave antennas developed for two-dimensional measurements.
Furthermore, we are developing holography measurement (three dimensional measurement) as a new idea. In this topic we will conduct fundamental verification of microwave holography.
