We will study the fundamental knowledge of magnetic measurement, which is essential for studying the equilibrium and magnetohydrodynamic stability of fusion plasmas. We will learn the principles of instruments for measurement of the magnetic field and the plasma current. Further, we will actually design and manufacture the diagnostic device, and measure the data of the magnetic field and the plasma current. Finally, we will analyze the acquired data and evaluate the actual magnetic field and current value.
